Stress Relief Tips:
Why you might ask? Well, our bodies absolutely need oxygen to run efficiently. When the oxygen is low the body shuts down. Increase oxygen improves healing and thinking!
Yes again, we run around dehydrated. Your muscles, brain, and cells all need water to run efficiently. Diet coke and Gatorade is not what makes muscles work. Best way to start the day is with a tepid warm glass of water with a squeeze of lemon.
Full Body Stretch:
That means stand up straight, lift your arms above your head and reach as far a you can. Then drop slowly rolling down one vertebrae at a time until your hands touch the floor. It is ok to bend the knees to touch the ground. Then roll up one vertebrae at a time until you are standing up straight. Do this just 3-5 times to feel great.
Warm Epsom Salt Bath:
This is great for a detox, relief of sore muscles, or just a great time away. For women, if you get cold because you are not completely underwater, use a towel or sit with a t-shirt in the tub,J.
Ice & Aspirin:
Ice is the BEST anti-inflammatory we have. The simplest approach is to put ice in a bag and let it melt. Leave it in place 45 minutes. I like aspirin as a pain reliever, unless of course you are allergic to it.
